At Rak-It Padel, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and reliable. Please take a moment to read our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged or faulty.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Clear photos of the damage must be provided.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Photographic evidence of the damage

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 working days.

3. What Happens Next

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue an exchange or a refund (if a replacement isn’t available).

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that are not damaged or faulty

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition

5. Shipping Costs

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged:

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If you return an item without prior approval or for reasons outside our policy, you will be responsible for return postage.
